Saturday Children’s Gymnastics Instructor in Shepherd’s Bush - Children’s Gymnastics Centre at Westfield London

£12.74 per hour (Saturdays only, 10am-6pm)

Location: Westfield London, Shepherd’s Bush, W12. A short walk from Shepherd’s Bush (Central line and Overground) and Wood Lane stations

Our client is a children’s gymnastics and movement centre based at Westfield London in Shepherd’s Bush, helping children from as young as one through to age twelve build coordination, balance and confidence in a fun, non-competitive setting. They’re looking for a Saturday Children’s Gymnastics Instructor to lead classes, birthday parties and events every Saturday from 10am to 6pm.

This is a brilliant weekend job for a student with a gymnastics background. One fixed day a week keeps your weekdays free for lectures and study, and they’d love to find someone who can stay with them throughout a two or three-year course. Children build real bonds with their coaches, so reliability and commitment matter just as much as your skills on the floor.

On offer is £12.74 per hour for a regular Saturday shift, a fun and supportive team, and valuable hands-on coaching experience that will stand out on any CV.

Working pattern: Saturdays only, 10am-6pm. Additional hours may be available throughout the year too.

Key responsibilities:

• Class delivery: Lead a range of gymnastics and movement classes, including tumbling, beam, bars and creative movement, with a particular focus on younger children.

• Birthday parties and events: Host lively, well-run birthday parties and special events, making sure every child and family has a great time.

• Parent engagement: Feed back to parents on their children’s progress and development, helping them see just how far their child has come.

• Centre standards: Support with general admin and day-to-day operations, and help keep the centre to an impeccably high standard alongside the team.

About you:

• Strong gymnastics background: You have a solid history of training or competing in gymnastics, with a confident grasp of technique, skills and safe spotting.

• Early years experience: You’ve worked with babies, toddlers or young children before and know how to bring energy and patience to that age group.

• Customer service: You’ve worked in a customer-facing role and can build genuine rapport with parents and children alike.

• Reliable and committed: You’re dependable, and you’re looking for weekend work you can stick with for the length of your course.

• Saturday availability: You can commit to every Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and you bring a can-do attitude to everything you do.

What’s in it for you:

• £12.74 per hour for a regular, fixed Saturday shift.

• A weekend role that fits neatly around your studies, leaving your weekdays free.

• Hands-on coaching experience with children, ideal for anyone studying sport, education or childcare.

• A fun, friendly and collaborative team who share your passion for helping children thrive.
