11. Resignation & Notice Support Accepting an offer is just the beginning. We support candidates through their resignation and notice period, reducing the risk of counter-offers derailing a placement you've worked hard to make.
12. Post-Placement Follow-Up We check in after the placement. With you and with the candidate. Because a great hire that doesn't settle is a missed opportunity and we want to make sure it sticks.
