Full Recruitment Solution:

Our full recruitment solution is for those harder to fill roles or need a higher qualified candidate. We take a full brief from you/franchisee going into detail around the business USPs, growth potential, success stories and the perfect candidate required for the role. I have detailed the process below:

  • We will advertise the role across all of our channels including Love Child Care Recruitment website, indeed, google, Glassdoor, Jooble, LinkedIn
  • We will use the brief provided and then extensively and proactively headhunt and source the best fitting candidates from our own network, database, on the market, based on your requirements
  • We’ll thoroughly screen/ interview candidates our side and will send you through their profiles/ CVs + interview questions and answers for your review
  • You will then let us know who you'd like to move forward with to an interview stage and we will support with the organisation of these for you.
  • We will handle all interview organising, feedback, offer/ rejection management for you.

Cost

Full fee – 15% + VAT of basic salary

Exclusive FF/CN fee – 13% + VAT of basic salary

Adverts/Campaigns:

We provide a cost effective solution for roles requiring a higher volume of candidates e.g. camp roles.

Love Childcare Jobs offers a specialised job board that connects you directly with qualified professionals in the childcare sector. Our platform is designed to target job seekers who are passionate about working with children and dedicated to delivering high-quality care.

By advertising with Love Childcare Jobs, your listings gain enhanced visibility, reaching candidates who are actively seeking roles in childcare. We help you find the perfect match for your organization, saving you time and ensuring your vacancies are filled with the right talent. Our job board is optimized for reach and relevance, so you can attract dedicated childcare professionals who align with your values. Advertise with Love Childcare Jobs today and connect with the talent you need to provide excellent care! We also provide add-ons to this service, including survey questions and a messaging service.

Survey questions – we send all applicants a survey of questions, provided by you. These can be questions around experience, qualifications, salary or travel. We then send the results through with the CV. We can still provide CV’s for those that don’t complete the survey.

Messaging service - We will search the local job boards for candidates that match the role requirements. We will send out 15 messages to candidates that fit the brief to encourage them to apply for the role. Their CV’s will then be sent over to you if they apply.

Sponsored Advert (across multiple job boards and our own site) - £250 + VAT

Survey Questions - £250 + VAT

Message Service - £250 + VAT

We can apply discounts for multiple adverts:

5 x ads = £1000 + VAT

10x ads =£1500 + VAT

Franchise Support:

As mentioned, this is an area we are currently looking and exploring options to support clients. I have detailed some ideas below:

  1. A webpage link to your company page and coverage on e-shots 4x a year to our 12k database about the franchise. This page will host other Franchise businesses. £500 + VAT (one off payment)
  2. A more exclusive version of the above where there's a company page on our website and social media and 4x e-shots a year but you being the only company featured on them - £1500 + VAT (one off payment)
  3. Post an advert and speak with candidates that apply to ensure their suitability. This is a screened service and will pass on candidate comms to you once they are screened. £250 +VAT for advert and £1000 + VAT for successful franchise sold.
  4. An ad hoc option, if and when our consultants are speaking to candidates about jobs, if the candidate is suitable, we can also talk about the opportunity of franchising. £2000 + VAT for franchise sold.

Consultancy

We offer a consultancy solution for businesses, both half and full day reviews, which may suit individual franchisees.
