Instead of just learning and not getting experience at school, you can get the important experience that employers like when you go to apply for future jobs. And a nice bonus is that you get a qualification at the end of it. For me, it seemed a better option than university. Some people require a university or want that experience, but for me, an apprenticeship seemed the best path.

Interview Process

Stage 1

Love Childcare Recruitment Call

Introduction call with Love. We will find out more about your experiences and talk through the company in detail.

Stage 2

1st Video interview

30-45 minute video interview with a JAG representative. This will consist of competency and scenario based questions as well as looking for personality fit,

Stage 3 (2 options)

2nd Video Interview

A more detailed conversation with further questions and details of the role.

Stage 3 (Trial)

Trial Session

Invited to JAG Venue to meet with staff, observe what they do, and deliver a task.
