Afterschool Programme Development Manager
Salary: £14-£16 per hour
Hours: 25 per week
Location: Surrey
Term-time currently
Our client is bringing a new and exciting offering to the childcare sector. They are bringing AI, robotics and coding to kids in a fun and engaging way. Already working with 10 schools across Surrey and London this operator is looking to expand across the U.K. bringing their unique product to all.
They emphasise hands-on learning to foster problem-solving, creativity and teamwork, ensuring kids are prepared for tomorrows challenges. Their curriculum focuses on 4 units to introduce students to robotics and coding, these include Hardware engineering, 3d modelling, Design Thinking and Software engineering.
Our client is now looking for an experienced programme development manager to join their team. This role will support the senior team in growing the offering to a wider network in Surrey and London as well managing the day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the growth of the business by contacting and discussing the programme with schools
- Support with recruitment of new teachers to run the programme in schools
- Support with the day to day operations and rota of staff
- Ensure teachers are working to strict standards and curriculum
