Nursery Manager - UK Leading Nursery & Childcare Provider
East Dulwich (SE22)
Full time 40 hours (5 or 4 day week available)
Up to £45,534 salary (dependent on experience and qualifications)
We are looking for a Nursery Manager at the beginning of their management career to work alongside an established Nursery Manager who has been at this establishment for 20+ years! Located in East Dulwich, not far from East Dulwich and North Dulwich stations, this is a spacious nursery with separate rooms and gardens for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers.
This Nursery Manager role is supported primarily by the current Nursery Manager as well as the Area Operations Manager, plus a number of experts, central support teams, and on-site teams who share a passion for the childcare industry and the positive impact that nursery provision can have on children, their families, and future generations to allow you to support and focus on the day-to-day running of the centre.

You will need:
- A full and relevant level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
- Proven experience managing or leading in an Early Years/Nursery environment with a coaching approach to developing a team of staff
- Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS Framework
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Proven experience and evidence of improving performance
- The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with all stakeholders
- A passion for childcare and child development
