Nursery Room Leader
Twickenham (TW1)
Salary range from £31,418 - £32,050 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
We are looking for a Nursery Room Leader to join an award winning organisation that provides quality Early Years care across their South England and Scotland settings.
Their dedicated staff team take great pride in their community reputation with a strong child and family centred approach to their provision. This organisation embrace endless learning opportunities for their children through natural based play and are big on outdoor adventure!
Their Twickenham setting is ideally located on Twickenham High Street, with great transport links including direct bus routes and within walking distance from Twickenham Green Station.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality care and education in a fun and stimulating environment, focusing on building the foundations for each child and their learning whilst nurturing excellent relationships with parents.

You will need:
- A full and relevant level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
- At least 12 months experience working in an Early Years setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
- The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children
- A passion for childcare and child development and making a difference to the community
- The ability to plan and lead stimulating and educational activities, while adhering to Early Years Foundation Stage standards
- Be key person for one or more children, including monitoring their progress, maintaining records, providing next steps in the children’s development and keeping parents updated
- A child-centred approach to your work
