Deputy Nursery Manager (Brand New Nursery!)
Maidenhead (SL6)
£35,000 to £40,000 salary (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Full-Time / 40 hours (Nursery will be open 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday)
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join a brand new, 100-place Nursery opening in a quiet road just outside of Maidenhead Town Centre. It is situated within a short walk from Maidenhead train station and has a dedicated car park spaces, offering flexible travel options.
The Nursery itself is absolutely stunning and offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for the children to play and learn, including a forestry area. It is a genuinely inspiring place to work!
Due to the size and nature of the nursery - being new and offering a unique learning environment - the company are looking for an established and experienced Deputy Manager to join the team who will be able to add value 'on the ground' and 'behind the scenes', spending approximately 50% of your time in the rooms with your teams and 50% supernumerary supporting the Nursery Manager.

You will need:
A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
Experience in a management role within a nursery or early years setting
In depth knowledge of the EYFS Framework
Detailed knowledge and understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
Effective problem solving and organisational skills
