Children's Developmental Gymnastics Instructor

30-40 hours per week

£19,875 to £26,500 salary (dependent on hours)

Weekend availability on either a Saturday or Sunday is essential

We are recruiting for a gymnastics instructor to join an industry leading developmental gymnastics organisation based in Shepherd's Bush. This company work with children aged as young as 1 through to 12 years old, supporting with exploring and development their physical literacy, whilst also helping them build key life skills like teamwork, sharing, and leadership.

As a senior member of their team, you will be responsible for hosting a whole range of gymnastics and movement classes including tumbling, beams, bars, and creative movement with a focus on the younger age groups. You will also be working closely with parents, feeding back, and advising on their children’s progress and development.

If you have a background in gymnastics (or a similar discipline), working with infant or early years children, and have experience in a customer service role - this could be perfect for you!

You will:

• Have some exposure to gymnastics; ideally teaching but if you have taken part in lessons that’s great too

• A huge passion for supporting children and their development

• Support with admin duties, cleaning and keeping the centre at an impeccable standard

• Bring energy and a can-do attitude to everything you do

• Be flexible with hours – evening and weekend work required
