We are recruiting for a really exciting role as a School Club Manager with Primary school children in Tetsworth
Breakfast & After School Club Manager
Tetsworth Primary School, OX9 7AB
£15-£17.50ph (dependant on relevant experience and qualifications)
22.5 hours per week (7:30-8:30am Breakfast Club & 3-6pm After School Club, plus admin/planning hours)
Monday to Friday role!
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced childcare manager to join a well-established organisation in the sector. They are actively growing, and this is an exciting time to join them on their journey. As a School Club Manager you will manage all day-to-day aspects of running the clubs at your school from scheduling, people management, cost control, customer queries/complaints, and school relationships. You will also have the opportunity to work in the holidays as part of activity and sport camps.
As a School Club Manager, you will ideally have experience in...
- Leading a Team - understanding that you need to be firm but fair, genuine and heartfelt, and respect everyone's differences and uniqueness
- Leading Performance – knowing your finances, setting clear goals, having out-of-the-box thinking, and being confident making decisions
- Strategic Thinking – listening to customers, parents, schools and, most importantly, the children in your care to create the best experiences
- Leading You – seeking and embracing feedback from others, being calm under pressure, and doing everything possible to exceed expectations
- Leading Play & Activities – creating a fun, energetic, playful, structured environment for children to grow and develop.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Paediatric First Aid training
- Safeguarding training
- Enhanced DBS check
- Level 2 food hygiene
- Driving Licence
- Experience working with children
