£32000- £34000 per annum
We are recruiting for deputy manager to join a beautiful, newly opened facility in Horsham. This nursery, opening in October 2024, boats a stunning 3 room facility with a large outdoor area. The nursery has two rooms open currently, with the baby room opening in the summer.
They are now looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join their team. They need someone that has experience working in a fast paced nursery setting, has strong management skills and is passionate about creating a great working environment for staff.
What you will need:
- Experience as a room leader and Deputy Manager
- Ability to manage staff and a track record of developing your team
- Ability to build great relationship with parents and be the go to person when the manager is off
- Lead by example and support room leaders in rooms when necessary
- Ability to plan and structure a rooms activities

What you will have:
- 2 years management experience within a nursery
- A willingness to learn and develop existing skills
