Manager of Play, Development and Operations
Cambridgeshire with travel to multiple venues
£15-18ph (depending on experience and qualifications)
25 hours per week to include Breakfast and After School Clubs (7:30-9am and 3-6pm), Holiday Clubs (8am-6pm) with flexible admin time throughout the week
We are working with a leading wraparound and holiday club provider in Cambridgeshire who are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join their award-winning team!
This role will give you the opportunity to help shape the future of the organisation with involvement in operational management, team leadership, and strategic development of their before and after school and school holiday club provision.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Invoice and Admissions Management: Welcoming new families and managing registrations
- Staff Management: Leading and supporting the team to create fun, engaging, and EYFS-compliant environments. Managing rotas, recruitment, staff inductions, and payroll. Overseeing staff development and training, and managing performance
- Communication: Building strong relationships with parents, schools, and stakeholders. Creating newsletters, bulletins, and action plans to keep everyone informed and engaged. Handling parent and school communications with diplomacy and care
- Safeguarding: Championing safeguarding across all settings, ensuring staff are trained, informed, and empowered. Leading Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) meetings and updates.
- Regulations and Requirements: Maintaining up-to-date documentation and preparing for Ofsted inspections. Ensuring all settings meet high standards and exceed expectations
- Growth and Development: Attending new school meetings and supporting the launch of new settings

This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974
