Nursery Manager - The UK's Leading Nursery & Childcare Provider

Worplesdon, Woking/Guildford

Up to £50k salary (dependent on experience and qualifications) plus up to 25% bonus based on performance-related targets

Please note that this nursery is based in a remote location that is difficult to access via public transport and paths and access to your own vehicle is highly desirable

We are working with one of the most recognisable organisations in the childcare and early years sector who are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead their team based at their beautiful nursery located in a converted barn building on the outskirts of Woking and Guildford.

The nursery benefits from airy rooms, a purposefully designed garden, and even their own private onsite farm and woodland for children to explore and build confidence through safe outdoor play.

The Nursery Manager role is supported by a number of central and on-site teams who share a passion for the childcare industry and the positive impact that nursery provision can have on children, their families, and future generations to allow you to focus on the day-to-day running of the centre. 

You’ll be reporting into the Area Manager, who is passionate about their people, is driven, believes in a strong team culture, and values individuals who can bring structure in a fluid and changing environment.

You will need:

• A full and relevant level 3 (or above) Early Years childcare qualification
• At least 2 years experience managing in an Early Years/Nursery environment
• In depth knowledge of the EYFS Framework
• Proven experience and evidence of improving performance
• Extensive experience in the Early Years environment
• A passion for childcare and child development
