Wraparound Childcare Lead – UK Leading Provider of Children’s Activities to Primary Schools
Hemel Hempstead (HP2)
Hours: 13.75 hours per week Monday to Friday (14:45-17:30) during school term time (38 weeks per year)
Salary: £15-£20 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
A MINIMUM LEVEL 3 EARLY YEARS QUALIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
We are recruiting for a UK leading provider of children's physical activity programmes in Primary Schools who are actively growing their wraparound childcare provision and they are looking for someone who is passionate about children’s play and activity to join their team!
As a Wraparound Childcare Lead you will manage the day-to-day aspects of running the after school clubs at your school, which will include ensuring Ofsted standards are being met, developing a daily and weekly activity programme, staff scheduling, people management, handling customer queries and complaints, and building school relationships. You will also have the opportunity to work in the holidays as part of activity and sport camps (this is optional).
The role includes providing spaces for Early Years children at the school so a Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification is essential, alongside experience of working with children aged 3-11. Full Training, Induction & Ongoing CPD will also be provided.
